CHIKA HATTORI was born in 1981 in Tokyo, Japan and in 2004 she graduated from Tama Art University. She vividly paints animals and natural subjects who seem to live in a tender protected world. The effect is both soothing and uplifting. The viewer can imagine herself looking into a pond, a garden or a forest and seeing an utopian dream.
