●ご入札をされる場合には、下記ご案内の内容をご了承の上、ご入札前に作品状態をご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。
●どなたでも入札できます。お一人様2枚札による入札方式です（希望価格の上値、下値の2つを記入）。
●入札の最小単位は100円からとなります。
●ご来場いただけない方の電話入札は、トラブルの原因となりますのでお断りしております。
必ずご来場いただくか、メール又はFAX、郵送にてご入札を頂けますようお願いいたします。
●落札後のキャンセルは受付けておりません。作品状態など必ずご自身で御確認ください。
●最低落札価格が1万円以下の作品は無保証となります。
また、開始価格に関わらず、額や箱など作品に付属する物はその有無を含め確認・保証対象外となります。
●同一最高価格入札者が2名様以上いる場合は、くじ引きにより落札者を決定いたします。
●落札された方へは郵送またはメールにてお知らせ致します。
●落札価格に、別途手数料10％と手数料に対して10%の消費税が加算されます。
例：10,000円で落札した場合　手数料1,000円と消費税100円がかかり、合計11,100円が御請求額となります。
●ギャラリー椿店頭にてお支払い（オークションでは現金でのお支払いのみとなります。カードでのお支払いは承っておりません）、
またはお振込みいただき、ご入金の確認後の作品の受け渡しとさせていただきます。
●お支払い・作品のお引き取り期限はオークション終了後から、1月28日（火）までとさせていただきます。　
作品のお渡しはオークション終了後より、ご入金確認後順次させていただきます。
●ギャラリーでの作品のお引取りをご希望される場合には、お手数ですが事前にご連絡頂けますと幸いです。
発送をご希望の場合は、梱包料（1Lotにつき1,000円）を別途頂戴し、送料着払いにてお送りさせていただきます。
発送をご希望の場合にはその旨ご連絡ください。
●海外への発送の場合には送料を別途連絡いたします。

How to Participate in Gallery Tsubaki Auction
● If you wish to place a bid, please read and agree to the following guidelines before placing your bid, and make sure to check the condition of the works.
● Anyone can place a bid. The bidding method is by submitting two bid amounts (a higher and a lower price).
●The minimum bidding unit is 100 JPY.
●Bidding starts from 5,000 JPY.
●Phone bids are not accepted as they can cause issues. Please either attend the auction in person or place your bid via email, fax, or post.
●No cancellations will be accepted after a successful bid. Please carefully check the condition of the works yourself before bidding.
● Works with a starting price of 10,000 JPY or less are sold without guarantee. Additionally, any accessories like frames or boxes that come with the work are not subject to verification or warranty, regardless of the starting price.
●In the case of two or more bidders offering the same highest price, a lottery will determine the successful bidder.
●Winners will be notified by mail or email.
●A 10% handling fee and an additional 10% consumption tax on the handling fee will be added to the final bid price.
Example: If the final bid is 10,000 JPY, a handling fee of 1,000 JPY and 100 JPY in tax will be added, making the total amount due 11,100 yen.
●Payment can be made at Gallery Tsubaki (cash only, no card payments) or via bank transfer. Works will be handed over once payment is confirmed.
● The payment and collection deadline for works is Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Works will be handed over after payment is confirmed following the auction.
● If you wish to pick up your work at the gallery, please contact us in advance. For shipping, a packing fee of 1,000 yen per Lot will apply, and shipping fee will be charged on delivery.
●If you wish to have the work shipped overseas, shipping costs will be provided separately.
